Dr Nagi Safa is sharing his experience in Laparoscopic Gastric Plication Surgery (LGCP). In this video, Dr Safa is performing a gastric plication with anti reflux procedure, as one day surgery. The patient will leave the hospital the same day, within 12 hours of the surgery. Dr Safa will show a simple technique, easy to teach and easy to learn, using two rows plication, with running stitch. The anti reflux procedure is part of the technique, and has shown to prevent the reflux, nausea and vomiting in the early post operative period.
