Description: Laparo-Endoscopic Single Site (LESS) is an advanced surgical method with little scarrying. With the more advanced instrument creation and improving of the technique, LESS will be applicable in broader spectrum of procedures. This video present simultaneous uterus removal and gallbladder excision. A 37-year-old woman was suffering from colic disorders together with a myoma of the uterus. Procedure: The surgery was performed through a single 12-mm site, in the umbilical region, with use of triport. The abdomen cavity was visualized, gallbladder withdrawed and clipping was applied on a cystic artery and duct. A 5-mm deflectable tip laparoscope was utilized for visualization. Gallbladder was cut and put in a plastic bag. Then the laparoscopic tool was inserted in the pelvis and uterus was excisied with a grasper and Thermaseal instrument. Gallblader and uterus were taken out transvaginally. The cervix was sutured. Results: The recovery was uneventful and the patient went home 18 hours after the procedure. She can start her normal activity immediately. Conclusions: LESS advantages are: little scarrying and mnimal deformity of the body, as well as fast recovery. The surgeons need to learn this technique, as it is going to be more popular in the future.
