In 81- year- old patient with adenocarcinoma of the duodenal papilla ERCP with plastic stent (8.5F) passage was done. Follow-up revealed fever and pain in the right upper quadrant. EUS showed malignant tumor of the duodenal papilla. Insertion of self-expandable metallic stent was done.
