In 53 –years- old male with jaundice endoscopic biopsy revealed adenocarcinoma. Physician did EUS radial scanning which showed hypoechoic mass in the head that was heterogeneous and had imprecise limits. The mass was also found in duodenum and splenic-mesenteric confluence.
