Case description

A 50-year-old female with moderate dyspepsia and mild anemia. OGD – multiple fundic polyps with an unusual appearance – red, irregular surface. Endoscopy view has been enhanced with indigo carmine. On biopsy – NET (neuroendocrine tumour G I). Hipergastrinemia. Antrectomy discussed as a treatment of choice.
