Case description

Man, 56 y-old with sudden onset of abdominal pain in right upper quadrant, associated with jaundice. Total bilirrubin 3 times normal at the expense of direct bilirrubin. CT revealed impacted stone in the Vater papilla. This images show another stone in the middle of the CBD.
